Steve S. Streetman

Steve S. Streetman is the founder and president of StreetSmart Investments LLC, a real estate investment company founded in March 2004. Mr. Streetman leads the acquisition, property management, and business development for the company. Mr. Streetman has successfully acquired multifamily, student housing. and storage commercial properties as well as residential rental properties, managed property restoration projects, and evaluated numerous potential acquisitions over his five years with StreetSmart Investments LLC. He has been selected to speak at several local real estate investment meetings and conferences. Mr. Streetman is a real estate agent licensed with RealInvestors of Maryland and has extensive experience in commercial real estate investing. He is also a certified Realinvestor Level 5 and has specialized education in equity marketing, attaining the designation of Equity Marketing Specialist.

Mr. Streetman’s background includes 26 years of experience in algorithm design, scientific/engineering data analysis, data fusion software design and programming, information systems security, CBRN sensor integration, risk analysis and project management.  He has supported sensor integration research and operational programs for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), the Department of Defense (DoD), and the National Security Agency (NSA).

Mr. Streetman received his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Dartmouth College and his Master of Science from the University of Maryland – Baltimore County.
